On Mon. Oct 30 we took our part boxer / lab mix for a surgical procedure at our friends Saint Marys Veterinary Clinic. From the minute we dropped her off until now she has been doing extremely well. We appreciate the caring way they go about taking care of their clients. Whoever took care of her handled her with tender loving care and treated her with expert care and kindness. Their facility is bright, cheery, and clean. They have been taking care of our pets for at least the last nine years. We are very happy with how well they care for our friend, Roxy. Thank you so much. 🐶

it would be nice if you could schedule multiple pets in one appointment or like a preset the clinic could select for max # of pets per appt/time slot. Clients will schedule 2 different pets with 2 different doctors for the same time and we have to call them to alter the appt. Not a huge deal but ends up sort of defeating the purpose of helping out with scheduling on a fairly regular basis. Also, our doctors would like to have a relationship with our patients and not pass patients back and forth between doctors. The app makes it so they can go between doctors without at least a reminder of who their doctor is. If they schedule with a different doctor, we have to try and figure out another time for them which we can’t always just move them to the other doctor in the schedule. None of this is a huge deal but when you have more persnickety clients this could be more of a headache. I hope that helps!

I stumbled upon York Road Vets during an emergency… Dr. Yard was wonderful ! After literally saving the life of my fur daughter Delly, she sat with me and explained exactly what happened and how I could help Delly after her life saving surgery (@ Wissahickon Emergency also Owned and Operated by Dr. Yard). I love the entire staff at both locations! Eileen and the staff are all great people and they always treat your baby as if he/she was their own. So, if you’re looking for someone like that give them a call !!!!
